- All materials such as (codes, pictures, graphic design, texts) used during any web development will be Praise Web Design’s property until the full payment is received.
- Praise Web Design has the right to refuse any project if we presume that our standards cannot meet the client’s requirements.
- Praise Web Design will sign a contract with the client to seal the agreement and terms issued by our company.
- It’s the client’s sole responsibility to provide content and/or products that will be used on the client’s website.
- Praise Web Design will not pay any additional costs outside what was agreed upon by the client and our company.
- Praise Web Designowns and retains all proprietary rights on ourwebsite and our services. Ourwebsite contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Praise Web Designand its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you havebeen given written permission. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
